Description
The Fossati CAF07 Artiste is a French professional English horn made from Mozambique ebony, built by Fossati, the oboe specialist founded in Montargis in 1986. The instrument features a full conservatoire system with fully automatic octave keys, silver-plated nickel silver keywork, a left-hand F key, forked F resonance key, A resonance key and a third octave key. It is equipped with all trill keys. The instrument is supplied with a case, protective cover and two bocals. A highly accessible professional instrument, it has been specifically designed to make the transition from oboe to English horn as smooth as possible, offering a warm, homogeneous tone throughout the entire range.
