We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Adams Musical Instruments is the controller responsible for the processing of your personal data.

Which personal data do we process?
We process the following personal data, depending on your use of our services: first and last name, address and place of residence, email address, telephone number, payment details (such as IBAN), IP address, account details, order and invoice details and data about your use of our website.

Purposes of processing
We use your data for processing and delivering orders, customer service, account management, service and repair, marketing and communication, personalization of content and offers and fraud prevention.

Use of (lead) forms and advertisements
If you complete a form via our website or via external platforms such as Google Ads, we process the data you provide (such as name, email address and telephone number) in order to contact you in response to your request. This data is used exclusively to answer your question, provide advice or quotations and follow up on your request.

Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of an agreement, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest, such as customer service, marketing and website improvement.

We retain administrative records for 7 years, customer accounts up to 7 years after inactivity, repair data for 7 years and camera images for a maximum of 4 weeks.
