How is the price difference settled when I change my order?+
Would you like to change your order and does that affect the total amount?
We’ll send you a payment link by email so you can pay the difference.
Is the new total lower than what you previously paid?
Just send us your IBAN and account holder name, and we’ll refund the difference as soon as possible (within 5 working days).
Is it safe to pay online?+
Yes, absolutely. When you place an order with us, you always pay in the secure payment environment of Rabobank Smart Pay.

My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?+
No worries! Something probably went wrong, and we’ll be happy to sort it out with you.
1. Check if you received a confirmation email for your order. That email contains a payment link you can still use.
- Didn’t receive the email? Please check your spam, promotions, or junk mail folder.
- Still can’t find it? Just send us a message at [email protected] and we’ll help you.
Please note: you may also receive this email even if your payment was successful. In that case, the payment link will indicate that the order has already been paid.
2. If there was a technical issue with your bank, you can always try to complete the payment later.
- For larger amounts, make sure to check the payment limit set by your bank or credit card provider.
I changed my mind and haven’t paid yet.+
No worries! If you don’t complete the payment, your order will be cancelled automatically after two weeks. There’s nothing else you need to do.
I paid by bank transfer. When will my order be shipped?+
When you pay by bank transfer, it may take one or more days for your payment to be processed, depending on your bank and the country you’re paying from. As a result, next-day delivery is usually not possible.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will process your order as quickly as possible and notify you accordingly.
How long is the payment link I received valid?+
If we send you a payment link, it will be valid for two weeks. After that, the link expires automatically.
I received an online discount code. How do I use it?+
Your discount code is valid for one year from the date it was issued. You will receive your personal code by email. Please note: the code can be used only once.
During checkout, you can enter the code in your shopping cart. In step 5 of the ordering process, you'll find the option ‘apply discount code’ at the bottom. Enter your code there, and the discount will be applied automatically.
Note:
Some characters look very similar, such as the letter O and the number 0, or a capital I and a lowercase L. Please double-check that you’ve entered the code correctly.
Where can I find Adams discount codes? +
We only share our discount codes through our own channels. Discount codes shared through third-party sites are not valid.
I found a discount code online. Where can I use it? +

I received a gift card. How can I use it?+
Gift cards can only be redeemed in our physical stores. Bring the card with you to Ittervoort or Lummen to use your balance.
Please note: the terms and expiry date are printed on the gift card.

I still have store credit. How can I apply it to my order?+
Unfortunately, store credit can’t be used directly through the webshop. Please contact our customer service team – they’ll be happy to assist and can place a manual order for you where your credit is applied.
Can I pay with VVV gift cards?+
No, unfortunately it’s not possible to pay with VVV gift cards at Adams Music Centre.
Can you add a reference to my invoice?+
Yes, absolutely! Please enter your desired reference in the comments field when placing your order.
Our customer service team will make sure the reference is included on your invoice.
Where can I view my invoice?+
You should have received an invoice by email after placing your order.
Can’t find it? Just email [email protected] with the name you used to place the order and your order number. We’ll be happy to send it to you manually.
Why do you charge additional fees for PayPal payments?+
For each payment made via PayPal, we are required to pay a percentage of the purchase amount to PayPal. Since these costs are not included in our product prices, we pass them on to the customer.
This allows us to continue offering PayPal as a safe and reliable payment method, without affecting our prices or the level of service we provide.

Which banknotes do you accept?+
We only accept the following banknotes: €5, €10, €20, €50 and €100.
Since January 1, 2026, we are only allowed to accept cash payments up to a maximum of €2,995.
