Yes, both stores have their own free parking facilities.
Can I test products and/or instruments in the store?+
Absolutely – we encourage it! You're very welcome to try out instruments and accessories in our stores. We have several test rooms in different sizes, allowing you to test and compare at your own pace and make the right choice. In the meantime, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
On our website, you can see in which store an item is in stock. To be sure the product is available when you visit, we recommend contacting us in advance.
Planning to test an instrument? Please bring your own mouthpiece. Want to try out mouthpieces? Then don’t forget to bring your own instrument.

Want to trade in your instrument? Visit our store so we can inspect and assess it. We’ll be happy to discuss the available options with you.
Do I need to make an appointment to visit the store?+
No, an appointment is not required – you're always welcome!
However, if you want to make sure we can assist you in the best possible way, feel free to email us in advance with your planned visit and what you're looking for. That way, we can prepare accordingly and ensure the right instruments, accessories, or specialists are available during your visit.

Each of our locations has restrooms available for our customers. There is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet on the ground floor.
Are your stores wheelchair accessible?+
Yes, Adams Music Centre is fully wheelchair accessible. The store is entirely on one level and has no thresholds. The second floor is accessible by elevator.
Are your stores open on Sundays?+
Our stores are closed on Sundays.
Up to what amount can I pay in cash with you?+
Since January 1, 2026, we are only allowed to accept cash payments up to a maximum of €2,995.
