Description
The Vincent Bach 351 1X is the pre-1970 version of the model 1, with a cup diameter of 17.00mm, a deep cup and backbore #10. Compared to the current model 1, the 1X has a slightly smaller cup and a wider rim, giving a different playing experience: a little more lip contact from the broader rim and a cup that is less extreme than the present-day 1. The deep cup produces a full, dark sound with great body. A mouthpiece for trumpet players who prefer the pre-1970 Bach rim shape, or who want to combine the 17.00mm diameter of the 1 series with a deep cup and a slightly wider rim than the 1B or 1C offers.
