Description
The Denis Wick 5282 1.5C is a silver-plated trumpet mouthpiece from the Ultra series, based on American Classic sizing. The added mass in the upper portion of the mouthpiece enhances projection and offers a slightly different tonal response and colour compared to a standard mouthpiece of the same size. With a 16.75mm cup diameter and medium cup, the 1.5C provides a broad embouchure contact and a warm, full-bodied tone. The 5.15mm rim width gives a stable, comfortable embouchure. The V-type backbore delivers a focused sound. Suited to advanced and professional players in orchestral and wind band contexts who want a large mouthpiece with projection-enhancing mass.
