Description
The Schilke 24 is a Standard Series trumpet mouthpiece with the largest cup diameter in the entire series: 18.29mm. With a standard C cup, #3 rim and 'c' backbore, all other characteristics are standard, but the format is exceptionally large. Schilke describes the 24 as a mouthpiece that delivers a huge volume of sound. The Schilke 24 is the right choice for players with a powerful, robust embouchure who need maximum volume and tonal fullness. Well suited for orchestral and ensemble contexts where a broad, full sound at high volume is the primary requirement.
