Description
The Denis Wick 6882 1X is a silver-plated trumpet mouthpiece from the HeavyTop series with the largest cup diameter in the range: 17.50mm. The additional mass around the cup, throat and backbore reduces vibration loss and transfers energy more efficiently, producing a stronger, centred sound with improved projection and stability. Despite the large cup diameter, this mouthpiece features a shallow cup and 5.25mm comfort rim, combining a wide embouchure contact with the lighter response of a shallower cup. Suited to professional players with a large embouchure who want HeavyTop technology for maximum tonal focus and carrying power in this large, wide-diameter format.
