The Arnolds & Sons 3C is an affordable trumpet mouthpiece based on the American model, made as a direct copy of the classic 3C geometry. Compared to the 7C, the 3C has a larger cup and a slightly wider rim, producing a fuller, more carrying sound in the middle and lower registers. The medium cup depth and medium inner edge make this mouthpiece well suited to wind band and classical repertoire, and it is a natural next step for players moving beyond the beginner stage who want more volume and tonal depth. For those who want the Bach 3C geometry without the associated price, this is a direct and accessible option. Fits all trumpets with a standard American shank. Silver-plated brass.
