Description
The Zildjian A0123 is a 14" hi-hat from the A Zildjian series, built for drummers who want a slightly more direct chick sound than a standard hi-hat delivers. This Mastersound version features a bottom cymbal with hammered grooves along the outer edge, letting trapped air vent quickly for a fast, clean "chick" on closing. The pair is made from B20 bronze alloy and delivers a bright, natural, full sound typical of the A Zildjian line. That combination of directness and fullness suits drummers who want a bit more presence and "bite" on the beat, without giving up tone. The versatile build makes this hi-hat well suited to a wide range of musical styles, from acoustic settings to louder genres.
