Description
The Istanbul Mehmet HH-HH12 is a 12" hi-hat from the Horacio 'El Negro' Hernandez Signature series, made for drummers looking for a sound character of their own. The cymbal pair is handcrafted in Istanbul from B20 bronze alloy and features a specially brushed finish with a raw bell. This combination gives the hi-hat a bright character with enough body in the bell for a direct, fast response on closed playing. The light weight keeps the hi-hat agile for fast patterns, while the bronze alloy still sits well in the mix without losing brightness. This 12" version of the HH-HH12 is also available in 13" and 14", so you can match the size to your own playing style.
