Description
The JM Needle is a needle applicator for J. Meinlschmidt bottles. You fit it onto a JM oil bottle, and according to the manufacturer it fits all bottles in the range. With the thin needle you apply a drop of oil precisely in places that are hard to reach with a normal cap, such as the bearings and linkage of a rotary valve or the mechanism of a woodwind instrument. This way you do not need to take your instrument apart to lubricate it. The needle is sold separately, without oil. It works well with the bearing and linkage oils JM 13 and 13.5 and the JM Spacefiller 15. The JM Needle is suitable for brass and woodwind players who want to lubricate their mechanism precisely.
