Description
The A&S Tuning Fork 440 is a two-pronged metal tuning fork that sounds the note A at 440 Hz. This is the international standard pitch, to which most tuners are set by default. You strike the fork gently against your knee or another soft surface and hold it near your ear, or place the stem on a wooden surface. Because you find the tone by ear yourself, you train your intonation at the same time. A tuning fork works without batteries and fits easily in your case. The tuning fork is suitable for music students, teachers and musicians looking for a simple reference tone that is always available. If your orchestra or band tunes to 442 Hz, choose the A&S Tuning Fork 442.
Browse our complete range of tuners from leading brands such as Korg, Adams and DrumDial, from compact clip-on and chromatic tuners to models for orchestral instruments and drums.
