Description
The Vincent Bach Mega Tone K351 1½B shares the same cup as the Classic 351 1½B: a 17.00mm cup diameter and a medium deep cup with backbore #7. The extra mass of the mouthpiece body produces a darker, warmer tone with better tone centring than the Classic version. Backbore #7 is more open than the standard #10, giving the tone a slightly rounder, darker character. Throat #26 is slightly larger than the standard #27, giving a slightly freer response. A mouthpiece for symphonic trumpet players with a well-trained embouchure who know the warmth and depth of the 1½B and seek the extra stability and tone centring of the Mega Tone version.
