Description
The Vincent Bach Commercial L551 3S has a cup diameter of 16.30mm with a shallow cup and backbore #25. The shallow cup makes the high register more accessible than the deeper 3MV, while the large diameter and open backbore #25 retain a clear, free-blowing tone. This mouthpiece is suited to trumpet players in jazz and commercial work who regularly play in the high register and want to combine a large cup with a light, direct response. The combination of diameter and shallow cup gives plenty of playing flexibility without the player having to switch to a smaller mouthpiece.
