Vincent Bach, 351 series, 7EW

Description

The Vincent Bach 351 7EW shares the same shallow cup as the 7E, with a 16.20mm cup diameter and backbore #117, but features a slightly wider cushion rim. This broader rim contour distributes pressure more evenly across the lips, which is particularly beneficial for trumpet players accustomed to playing with more pressure in the upper register. The shallow cup produces a clear, sparkling tone in the extreme high register and is widely used for piccolo trumpet. The additional rim support makes extended playing in the extreme upper register more accessible without compromising the characteristic bright sound of the 7E.
