Description
The Vincent Bach 351 7E has a cup diameter of 16.20mm with a shallow cup and backbore #117. The extra shallow cup produces a crisp, sparkling tone in the extreme high register and requires less embouchure effort for high notes. The rim is slightly wider than that of the 7C, providing comfortable lip contact. The mouthpiece is widely used for piccolo trumpet, where a light response and a brilliant tone in the upper register are the priority. Backbore #117 is open and supports a free airflow, further facilitating playability in the high register. Requires a well-controlled embouchure.
