Description
The Vincent Bach 351 1½B has a cup diameter of 17.00mm with a medium deep cup and backbore #7, placing it between the 1B and the 1C. The large diameter gives the lips maximum room, while the slightly deeper cup produces a warm, full tone with great volume. The medium-wide rim with a not-too-sharp inner edge is comfortable during extended playing and supports a well-trained embouchure. Backbore #7 is more open than the standard #10, giving the tone a slightly darker, rounder character. A mouthpiece for trumpet players in large symphonic ensembles working across Bb, C and D trumpet who need a warm, carrying tone.
