Description
The Schilke 12B4 is a Standard Series trumpet mouthpiece with a cup diameter of 16.71mm. The medium-small conical B cup delivers a full, rounded tone, positioning this mouthpiece between the lead-oriented A cup variants and the all-round C cup models in this diameter range. The semi-flat #4 rim adds cushion comfort and increases endurance. The 12B4 is the right choice when you want to play in the 12A4 diameter range but find the shallow A cup delivers too little tonal depth for your playing style. Well suited for wind band, ensemble work and orchestral playing where full tone quality and rim endurance are both priorities.
