Schilke Symphonic M2, Silver Plated

Description

The Schilke Symphonic M2 is a silver-plated trumpet mouthpiece from the Symphony Series, developed for the modern orchestral trumpet player. The #2 rim is comparable in diameter to the Schilke 16C4 or 17, or a Bach 1.5C. The C cup in the Symphony Series is intentionally shallower than the standard Schilke C cups, calibrated to the orchestral player's need for a clear, well-centred sound. The Schmidt backbore balances the shallow cup and produces a full, vibrant tone with good focus. The Symphonic M2 in silver is the right choice for players who want the larger #2 rim diameter for symphonic playing on Bb or C trumpet.
