Description
The Denis Wick 4882 1X is a gold-plated trumpet mouthpiece from the Classic series with the largest cup diameter in the Classic range: 17.50mm. Despite this large size, the 1X features a shallow cup and a 5.23mm comfort rim, a distinctive combination for players who want the breadth and comfort of a large mouthpiece with the lightness and responsiveness of a shallower cup. The backbore provides an open, free-blowing airstream. The 4882 1X suits advanced and professional players with a wide embouchure who need more register flexibility, or whose playing demands the comfort and reduced lip pressure of the wider rim.
