K&G 5,5C large

Description

The K&G 5.5C Large is a silver-plated mouthpiece for tenor trombone with a large shank, made by Kurun & Gilbert from years of expertise in acoustics and playing comfort. With a cup diameter of 25.50 mm and a medium-deep cup, this model is slightly more generous than the smaller 6-sizes, comparable to well-known 5.5-sizes from other brands, giving a full tone with enough resistance for control. The 7.0 mm bore keeps air resistance manageable, which makes this mouthpiece suitable both for players moving up from a smaller mouthpiece in search of more volume and for advanced musicians after a rounder, warmer tone without losing ease of playing. Choose this mouthpiece if you want a versatile option that grows with your development on the trombone.
