Description
The Bruno Tilz 214 -B2-1 is a silver-plated trombone mouthpiece from the Spezial Bruno Tilz 214 series, built with a small bore for tenor trombone. Bruno Tilz hand-crafts this mouthpiece in Neustadt an der Aisch, and the 214 series uses a different cup design than the Nea line, giving it a slightly different character. Players choose this mouthpiece when they want a compact, clear response without giving up ease of playing in the upper register. The 25.00 mm cup diameter and 5.40 mm bore pair with a medium-shallow cup and a medium-wide rim, keeping the sound focused and direct. This small-bore trombone mouthpiece suits lighter wind band settings and players stepping up from a student model to a handmade mouthpiece.
