Description
The Bruno Tilz 214-T3-1 Extra is a silver-plated trombone mouthpiece from the Spezial Tilz series, made in the Extra version with slightly more mass in the mouthpiece body for a more core, focused sound. It has a small bore (Schaft 1) that suits instruments with a narrower receiver. The cup measures 26.00 mm in diameter with a 5.8 mm bore, with a deep cup shape that adds warmth and roundness to the sound without losing the compact character of the smaller bore. That makes this mouthpiece a good choice for trombonists playing an instrument with a narrower receiver who want a warmer, rounder tone than the shallower variants in the series offer. Hand-made by Bruno Tilz in Neustadt.
