Description
The Bruno Tilz 214-B-3-1 Extra is a silver-plated trombone mouthpiece from the Spezial Tilz series, made in the Extra version with slightly more mass in the mouthpiece body for a more core, focused sound. It has a small bore (Schaft 1) that suits instruments with a narrower receiver. The cup measures 26.00 mm in diameter with a 5.8 mm bore, with a medium-shallow cup shape that gives a direct response and a bright, compact sound. That makes this mouthpiece a good choice for trombonists playing an instrument with a narrower receiver who like a responsive, sharply defined tone. Hand-made by Bruno Tilz in Neustadt.
