The Ayasa E Amara 20 is one of Ayasa's most extended handpan models in the E Amara scale, made from Ember Steel, with 20 notes distributed across top and bottom. The scale covers the complete diatonic E minor scale, including all white piano keys except F (which becomes F#), making the instrument playable in all seven musical modes. Low bottom notes descend to C3, enabling deep chords alongside melodic passages. This makes the E Amara 20 a compelling choice for advanced players who want to improvise across multiple keys or play alongside other musicians. Ember Steel is Ayasa's proprietary alloy, offering greater warmth, sustain, and resilience to temperature changes. The patina changes colour; sound and tuning remain unaffected.
