The Emperor Black Suede Series feature a double layer head of one 7.5mil ebony layer and a 7mil clear layer, which provides, warm tones with a soft feel and distinctive matte black look. The Emperor Black Suede drumheads provide a full range of frequency and warm attack. These heads are most used for tom and snaredrums.
