The Evans Super Tough Dry Series snare drum heads feature a double ply head of two times a 7.5mil layer. The head has a great durability and provides a full powerfull rimshot sound. Next to that the head is really sensitive, which results in that even the softest ghost note is well-heard. The dry vents around the top of the head reduce overtones and control the sustain of the head.
