The Remo Powerstroke 3 Suede Series feature a single ply head, of a 10mil structure layer with a 10mil inlay ring at the outer edge of the head, which subtly dampens high frequency overtones. The Powerstroke 3 Suede produces warm tones with a soft feel and the inlay ring provides accentuated low-end tones.
