Description
The Istanbul Mehmet TR-SET is a complete cymbal set from the Traditional series: B20 bronze, fully lathed on top and bottom, handmade in Istanbul. That fully lathed finish defines the tonal character: rich in warm overtones, with a long sustain and a dark, musical sound that responds well and stays controllable.
The Traditional series has proven itself over decades in virtually every musical style — from jazz and bebop to rock and funk. The set includes a 14" hi-hat, a 16" crash and a 20" ride, complemented by a sturdy cymbal bag with room for an extra pair of drumsticks. Every cymbal is individually handmade at the Istanbul Mehmet factory in Istanbul.
