Description

The Zildjian A0133 is a 14" hi-hat from the A Zildjian series, built for drummers who want a versatile pair suited to many musical styles. This New Beat hi-hat pairs a medium top cymbal with a heavy bottom cymbal, producing a bright, tight sound with a solid "chick" on closing. The pair is made from B20 bronze alloy, symmetrically hammered and lathed with a traditional wide groove, giving it the bright, expressive voice typical of the A Zildjian line. The original design was developed with drummer Louie Bellson, who wanted a hi-hat with a solid beat and a balanced mix of stick and "chick" sound. That versatility makes this hi-hat suited to both acoustic settings and louder genres alike.
