The Paiste PST 8 Light Hi-hat has a fairly bright, mellow and warm sound. When the hi-hat is played open it makes a fresh, warm open sound. When the hi-hat is closed it makes a soft, clear 'chick' sound. This hi-hat is suitable for acoustic music styles.
