Mancke Wood Oil

Description

The Mancke hout Olie is an almond oil for wooden wind instruments, such as wooden flutes and headjoints, oboes and clarinets. You apply a thin layer to the bore, where the wood comes into most contact with condensation. This helps protect the wood against drying out and moisture. Always use little oil, spread it with a clean swab or cloth and wipe away any excess. Keep the oil away from the key pads and mechanism, as oil can damage pads. If you are unsure how often to oil your instrument, ask the specialists at our European Flute Centre or woodwind department. The Mancke wood oil is suitable for players of a wooden flute, oboe or clarinet.
