Hacking Your Brain For Practice And Performance

Friday 17 April 2026 | 13:30 - 14:45 | Demo hall

What if I told you there was a way to hack your own brain and its operating system (your unconscious mind) so you could experience more productive practice and feel more at ease on stage? Now imagine if you could accomplish this in less than 60 seconds. That’s right, this would be wonderful.

Shanna Pranaitis, a certified Integrative Hypnotist and Change Work Coach, offers an interactive workshop with demos to help participants learn evidence-based concepts with specific methods and tools for self-directed neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation that will allow them to rewire their own brains to reduce feelings of self-doubt, stress, and anxiety.

Participants will learn the underlying pattern of how your brain changes and how to use this knowledge in their practice sessions and performances. The tools participants learn will help them dramatically increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their practice sessions, so they can feel good in every session, ultimately leading to more confidence and enjoyment on stage.

Volunteers will participate in live demos and everyone will practice and learn the tools and techniques in class. We will end with a guided visualization to lock in the learning. The exercises, tools, and methods Shanna uses are trauma-informed and proactively unshame neurodivergence and differing abilities.

A groundbreaking workshop that we highly recommend to everyone!
