Blowing away
Blowing Away! is an interactive workshop that invites flutists of all levels to discover contemporary flute techniques through improvisation, play, and collective creation. Rather than approaching extended techniques as isolated effects, participants experience them as a natural expansion of the instrument's expressive possibilities.

Exploring Sound through Soundpainting
The first session introduces the fundamentals of Soundpainting, the international sign language for live composition. Through this intuitive system, participants experiment with contemporary flute techniques, such as air sounds, percussive articulations, harmonics, multiphonics and vocalisations, within a framework of guided improvisation and real-time composition. The emphasis is on listening, interaction and discovering new sonic possibilities together.
