Why don't I see prices for some instruments?+

For certain instruments, we don't display a price on our website. This can be due to several reasons:

  • Some instruments are only available in our physical stores.
  • For others, the price depends on market fluctuations, such as rare models or instruments made with special materials.
  • Some instruments are available only on request, for example custom-made or exclusive models.

Would you like to know the price of a specific instrument or get the current rate? Feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help!

Is the product in stock?+

You can check the stock status on the product page, just below the price. This shows the most up-to-date availability, both online and in our stores.

If you see "limited stock", please contact us for more information.

For used instruments, the page will show which location the item is currently at.

The product is in stock. When will I receive it?+

We can only give a guaranteed update once your order has been shipped. After that, delivery depends on the selected carrier.

If the product is in stock in Ittervoort and you place your order before 12:00 (noon), we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

If the product is only in stock in Lummen, delivery may take a few extra days. The estimated delivery time from Lummen is shown on the product page.

I received an email saying my product is no longer available.+

We completely understand that this is disappointing, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.
Sometimes a product becomes unavailable because the supplier has stopped producing it. Unfortunately, we’re not always informed until after the order has been placed.

In such cases, we cancel the order and contact you directly. You can then choose:

  • We’ll gladly help you find a suitable alternative, or
  • We will refund the full purchase amount to your account.

I can’t find a product. Can it be ordered?+

Can’t find a specific product or part in our webshop? Feel free to contact us.
Even if an item is not part of our standard range, we’re happy to check together with you whether it can be supplied through our extensive supplier network.

We will look into the available options and inform you about the conditions under which the product can be ordered, such as delivery time, availability, and any additional costs.

I can’t see how many items are in stock. Why?+

That’s right! We don’t display stock quantities on our website.

If you need a larger quantity or want to be sure we have enough available, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help.

Can the delivery time still change?+

If the product is in stock, the expected delivery time will not change.

If the item is not in stock, we’ll inform you based on the latest update from our supplier. This estimate is generally reliable, but please note that it may still change. If it does, we’ll always keep you informed by email.
