How do I file a complaint?+
You can easily file a complaint by sending an email to [email protected]. We will do our best to help you as quickly as possible and resolve the issue. We recommend submitting your complaint in writing via email, so we can assist you directly and as efficiently as possible.
Note: If you contact us by phone, we will still ask you to confirm your complaint by email.
I’m not satisfied with my repair. What can I do?+
Please let us know! Contact us via [email protected] or give us a call. We’d like to understand what didn’t meet your expectations and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Why is my backorder taking so long?+
Sometimes a product is not immediately in stock and we need to order it from our supplier. It may happen that the supplier is also out of stock and needs to have it produced. In that case, the delivery time can be longer.
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on its status.
My order was not delivered on time.+
That's unfortunate! Of course, you want to receive your order as soon as possible. We trust the delivery service is doing their best to deliver on time. Has the delivery date shown in the track & trace already passed? Please contact us, we’ll be happy to look into it and assist you further.
Why is there so much packing material in the shipping box?+
We want your order to arrive safely and undamaged. Without padding, the contents may shift or the box could collapse during transport, which increases the risk of damage. That’s why we use packing material to properly protect your items.
