How do I request a business quote?+

Can I buy on account?+

Please note: Purchasing on account is only possible in our physical stores and for existing customers*.

*Only available to legal entities in the Netherlands and Belgium, such as companies, schools, and institutions.

Can my VAT number be included on the invoice?+

Absolutely! We can update your invoice to include your VAT number. Just send your invoice number and VAT number to [email protected].

Can I place a VAT-exempt order if my company is based outside the Netherlands or Belgium?+

Yes, you can. Companies based outside the Netherlands and Belgium can place VAT-exempt orders, provided a valid VAT number is supplied.

Please email us at [email protected] with the products you wish to order, along with your billing and shipping details and your VAT number. We’ll make sure you receive a correct invoice without VAT.
