Through the synergy between these two companies, we are expanding alongside the Flute Workshop with an Oboe Workshop where you can go for the purchase of new or used oboes or for adjustments or repairs. Raymond Crutzen will remain your trusted point of contact.
The expertise of Adams Music Centre in wind instruments and that of Crutzen Oboe Workshop in oboes complement each other perfectly. This results in a broader range of services and an even higher quality of work. Moreover, both companies share the same passion for music, which makes the collaboration even stronger.

Raymond Crutzen studied oboe with Evert van Tright at the Twente Conservatory. He graduated cum laude for the diplomas in teaching and performing musician. From 1989 to 2005 he was principal oboist with the Royal Military Band in The Hague, with which he performed several times as a soloist.
From 2005 to 2013 he played alto oboe and 2nd oboe in the Limburg Symphony Orchestra in Maastricht, currently called philharmonie zuidnederland.
He also made several CD recordings including the oboe quartet by W.A. Mozart, the oboe trio by Ludwig van Beethoven, the oboe concerto by Bellini and various chamber music works.
In addition to his work as an active musician, he started his oboe workshop in 1998. To learn the craft, he completed an internship at Lorée in Paris. Raymond combines his skills as a repairer and musician to expertly assist and advise oboists, with perfection held in high regard.
