Meinl supports a very large group of drummers worldwide, including Stef Broks from the Netherlands. Meinl cymbals artists.

Stef, voted Best Metal Drummer / Hard Rock Dude 2012, will show and play what he’s capable of. A clinic in collaboration with Meinl Cymbals.

Stef Broks (Tilburg, 1981) drums in Textures, a band from the area around Etten-Leur that won the Metal Bash in 2003. Their debut album "Polars" received widespread praise, not least because of Stef’s outstanding skills as a drummer. Stef studied with drummers such as Mark Eeftens, Jeroen Vrolijk, and Tom Bartels, which fueled his enthusiasm. Together with guitarist Jochem, Stef formed Textures in 2000. The musical result is impressive, with the debut album full of polyrhythmic and other advanced drumming techniques. In short, more than enough to see Stef in action yourself.
