ADAMS DRUM CLINIC - September 22, 2013
Jan Haspeslagh (born 1986) began taking drum lessons at the age of 11 with Johan De Baedts at the Sint-Truiden music academy. In 2006, he continued his studies at the Rotterdam Pop Academy, learning from Hans Eijkenaar and Juan Van Emmerloot.
Together with fellow graduates, he formed Tres Mambini — an energetic drum trio known for its high entertainment value. In 2011 and 2012, Jan played with the promising rock band Johnny Berlin. Since 2013, he has been the drummer for Ozark Henry and also leads his own cover project, BAM.
About his drum endorsement, he says: “I’ve been playing the Adams 8000 for years, and as long as I’m able to drum, that won’t change! Beyond the sound I expect from my ideal drum set, I’m extremely satisfied with the service at Adams. It’s impossible to pass by without stopping…”
Jan plays Zildjian cymbals, Zildjian sticks, and Evans drumheads.
