Ralf Gustke is a well-known German drummer.
He began playing at the age of 10 in a marching band, where he learned the fundamentals of snare drumming through rudiments. At 16, he received his first drum kit. In 1986, he gained public attention by winning 2nd place at the "Drummermeeting Koblenz" talent competition. Just a year later, in 1987, he joined his first major tours with artists like Lydie Auvray and Wolf Maahn.
Over the years, Ralf became one of the most in-demand studio and live drummers in Germany. He has worked with artists such as Georg Danzer, Gianna Nannini, Chaka Khan, Johannes Nitsch, Schiller, Sabrina Setlur, Edo Zanki, Lothar Kosse, Nene, and many more.
Today, he is best known as the drummer for Xavier Naidoo and the band Söhne Mannheims.
