Stef Broks (Etten-Leur, Netherlands) is the drummer of the metal band “Textures” and the fusion band “Xivious”.

Textures made Dutch metal history with the albums “Polars”, “Drawing Circles”, and “Silhouettes”.

The band is highly recognizable, not least because of Stef’s drumming skills.

Stef is known for his unusual, almost non-metal style, complex patterns, and double bass drum grooves.

He teaches at the Mark Eeftens Drum School (Breda) and at Cesar Zuiderwijk’s Music Station (Rotterdam).

Stef’s name is booming in the drum scene—he was mentioned in the 2006 drum polls and has now been named the best metal drummer in the Benelux.

He endorses Meinl, Tama, Evans, and Pro-Mark.
