DWF 2016 - Dave Weckl
Dave Weckl first gained recognition in the early nineties as part of jazz pianist Chick Corea’s Elektric Band. He immediately stood out as an exceptionally talented and groundbreaking drummer with incredible technique. Shortly thereafter, he released his debut album The Masterplan, which firmly established his name as a drumming virtuoso.
Over the years, whether solo, with his own Dave Weckl Band, or in various other settings, Weckl has consistently demonstrated his deep musicality, sound, and taste. You can experience it up close in Ittervoort.
