Raymond Herveille is a welcome guest at the Drumworld Festival. Often called the Dutch Jeff Porcaro with a Weckl-like technique, seasoned in the pop-rock scene, he also performed at the festival exactly ten years ago.
If anyone deserves the label of all-round drummer, it's Raymond Herveille. With his extensive technical background and groovability, gained at the P.I.T. school in L.A., his career has ranged from fusion to cover bands. A lot of pop-rock, often covers, such as nine years with Manilla and now with Anderkovver. He has performed on albums by Helmut Lotti and Long Tall Ernie and the Shakers and worked with Bert Heerink.
Meanwhile, multitasker Herveille is also very active in recording for others in his Homeland Productions studio and teaching at Adams Drumworld. Herveille has been playing Adams drums for 20 years.
