Dr. Vera Baadjou is a rehabilitation physician specialized in physical complaints in musicians. Many oboists experience physical issues while playing, such as problems with the shoulders, back, arms, hands, or neck. These issues are often caused by incorrect posture, but other underlying causes may also be involved. Ignoring these problems can make them worse. Therefore, book a private consultation with Vera and discuss the issues you experience while playing.
Dr. Vera Baadjou will also give a lecture on this subject during the festival.
