Join the performance of Pergolesi’s moving Stabat Mater, specially arranged for flute orchestra and soloists!
As part of the Adams International Flute Festival, you’ll have the unique opportunity to rehearse and perform in a large flute orchestra, all in one day! This play-along session is part of the full Passion for Flute project. You’ll become part of the Passion for Flute ensemble, diving straight into the music and the community!
Special moment: The day ends with a concert in the beautiful Sint-Margarethakerk in Ittervoort. Not just rehearsal, but a live performance!
About the project:
‘Passion for Flute’ is an initiative by Flutopia and Dwarsfluitkamp. After the success of the Matthäus Passion for Flute Orchestra in 2025, they return this spring with a new Passion project. Under the inspiring direction of Rogier de Pijper, you’ll experience the joy of making music together. Open to all ages and skill levels!
Practical information:
- Rehearsal: Saturday, 16:00–18:00
- Concert: 20:00 at the Sint-Margarethakerk in Ittervoort
- Open to all ages and levels
- Includes sheet music (sent in advance)
- Special ticket available to also join the dinner.
