How do I place an order as a school or teacher in your webshop?+

Schools can easily place orders through our webshop. Create an account and place your order as an "educational institution."

Since schools often cannot pay immediately, we offer the option to request an invoice during checkout.
Please ensure the billing details are entered correctly and include any reference numbers in the comments field.
This allows us to send you a proforma invoice that your administration can process.

Can we receive an invoice before making the payment?+

Yes, that’s possible. During checkout, select the option “Request invoice.” You will receive the invoice by email. Once the payment has been completed, we will ship your order.

Our school is only open during school hours. Is this taken into account for delivery?+

We take that into account. To avoid delivery on Saturdays, we do not ship school orders on Thursdays or Fridays.

We are a Belgian school and VAT needs to be shifted. How does that work?+

When placing your order, please indicate in the comments field that you are a Belgian school and that VAT should be reverse charged.
Note: this cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Orders from Belgian schools are processed through our Lummen branch to ensure VAT is correctly reversed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
