The Meinl Sonic Energy Nitrided Steel Handpan Care Set consists of a professional cleaning and protective agent to free nitrided steel handpans from dirt, stains, and greasy residues, and subsequently seal them.

Instructions:

Clean the handpan first with the Meinl Sonic Energy Handpan Cleaner.

• Spray the cleaner onto the playing surface of the handpan from approximately 20 cm away. Ensure that the cleaner is applied evenly.
• Allow the cleaner to sit for 3 minutes.
• Wipe off the cleaning agent with the supplied dry, lint-free cloth completely.
• Repeat the process for difficult-to-clean areas.

Now, use the Meinl Sonic Energy Nitrided Steel Handpan Protectant.

• Shake the bottle before use.
• Spray the protectant onto the handpan playing surface from approximately 20 cm away. Ensure that the protectant is applied evenly.
• Use the supplied dry, lint-free cloth to spread the Handpan Protectant evenly on the handpan playing surface.
• Allow the protectant to dry completely before playing and preferably let it sit overnight.
• Afterward, your handpan is clean and protected. Repeat this treatment every few days or weeks, depending on the condition of your handpan.
