The Eyepad is a pad shaped like an eye. It is designed to mimic the surface of a timpani. The curve of the Eyepad has approximately the same arc as a 23” timpani to make the experience playing more authentic. This lightweight and compact pad is ideal to travel with, so you can practice everywhere. The superior model has a built in screw-thread and a pin with which you can place it on a cymbal stand.

The base is made out of one piece of nylon. This creates a flat base which makes sure the pad lies perfectly straight. The rubber has been designed to create the same feel as a 23” timpani. The rubber is long lasting. We do advise that you do not use xylophone mallets or drum sticks on this pad, this could damage the playing surface.
